United Beverage had just moved into their brand new building and needed to add the finishing touches. They wanted to keep the variation in dimensions, so Gort Metals went out and specially designed their canopies. They consisted of a rolled steele and was bent almost to a 180 degree angle. With the half circle tops and traditional t-frames, Gort was able incorporate best of both worlds, old and new
KNXV-TV Channel 15
KNXV-TV Channel 15 came to Gort Metals Inc, with a huge problem. They need to protect their thousands of dollars of investment on their state of the art media vehicles. Gort took on the challenge and created a canopy the stood over 35 ft. tall and spanned more than 100 ft. Now KNXV-TV is able to get a longer return on their investment because of Gort Metlas
Bank One Ballpark (Home of Arizona Diamondbacks)
With the inception of the Arizona Diamondbacks, came the construction of the Bank One Ballpark. This multi million dollar stadium was completed in 1999. Gort Metals is one of the proud contractors to be affiliated with the team and stadium. Gort was asked to help build the teams winning tradition. By that, Gort had to help keep the Diamondbacks at the top of their game. Gort did this by bringing shade to the entire coaching staff and team. Those hot summer days, now became the cool summer days for the DB's.
Arizona Swap Meet
Trying to create shade for over 10,000 square feet is no simple task. The owners of Arizona's largest outdoor swamp meet wanted to give their customers one more reason to shop their, shade. Gort Metals took on one of the largest jobs in it's long history. Over 15 truck loads of steel, metal, and canvas were used to create shade for shoppers. Now thousands of Arizona's bargain shoppers can enjoy a cool spring afternoon of shopping thanks to Gort Metals
